PRETORIA - A witness from the Organised Crime Unit has told the Madlanga Commission that cash envelopes were circulating among officers investigating Gauteng criminal syndicates.
This including the murder of Vereeniging engineer, Armand Swart who was fatally shot on 17 April 2024,
The witness, known only as Witness A, testified in camera, claiming the bribes were meant to secure the release of suspects, including Katiso 'KT' Molefe.
