JOHANNESBURG - North West businessman Suliman Carrim has been ordered to appear before the Madlanga Commission on 14 August.
He will only be excused if an independent medical specialist confirms that he is medically unfit to testify.
The commission handed down the ruling after tracking data revealed Carrim spent significant time away from the medical facility where he is receiving treatment.
