JOHANNESBURG - Malusi Gigaba says he will continue to cooperate with the legal process.
Gigaba is scheduled to appear at the Palm Ridge Specialised Commercial Crime Court on Friday in connection with his arrest late last year.
The state alleges that he accepted and received undisclosed amounts of cash from members of the Gupta family when he was Public Enterprises Minister.
He was charged with corruption in November last year.
His lawyer says the matter has not yet been set down for trial.
