DURBAN - March and March leader Jacinta Ngobese-Zuma is handing herself over to the police in Durban on Tuesday.
She will do so at the Point Police Station in South Beach, eThekwini.
Ngobese-Zuma is accused of inciting public violence against undocumented foreign nationals.
Her organisation has held protests outside Addington Primary School, demanding that South African children be prioritised in admissions.
Parents and the organisation have accused the school of sidelining South African children.
