JOHANNESBURG - Former Special Task Force Member Mathipandile Sotheni will return to the Brakpan Magistrate's Court as he continues his fight for bail.
The former special task force member is accused of killing Madlanga Commission witness Marius van der Merwe, also known as Witness D.

The matter was postponed yesterday after he requested a Xhosa interpreter.
He faces a series of charges including murder, attempted murder and possession of an unlicensed firearm.
