JOHANNESBURG - After a long postponement, the Judicial Conduct Tribunal's probe into sexual misconduct claims against Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenege is resuming.
Andiswa Mengo, who accuses the judge of sexual harassment, is expected back on the witness stand.

She claims the judge sent her images and videos of a sexual nature.
But his team says experts will confirm no such images or videos were ever sent from his cellphone.
The tribunal will sit for the next two weeks.
