JOHANNESBURG - The Judicial Conduct Tribunal investigating allegations of sexual misconduct against Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenenge will resume after a lengthy adjournment.
The tribunal will hear oral arguments from Mbenenge's lawyers and complainant Mandisa Mengo in Rosebank.
Mengo accuses the Judge of sexual harassment during her tenure as his secretary.
But he has denied the allegations, saying the steamy exchanges between the two were consensual.
