CAPE TOWN - Baby Moegamat Imaad Sharmar has been safely returned to his mother.
The 12-day-old was taken in a Bellville shopping centre on Saturday.
His mother, Imaan Brandt-Sharmar, says a woman posing as a nurse lured her to meet other new mothers.
Brandt-Shamar was given something to eat, but then felt sick and had to visit a bathroom.
Upon her return, the woman calling herself 'Chivon' and the baby had disappeared.
Police said a woman has been arrested and will appear in court soon.
