JOHANNESBURG - Water levels at the Vaal Dam have dropped slightly after authorities increased controlled releases to manage heavy inflows.
It's left communities downstream on high alert of the river bursting its banks.
eNCA reporter, Naomi Kobbie, reported from the dam after three additional sluice gates have been opened.
