JOHANNESBURG - Emergency services and law enforcement have been deployed at strategic points along the N3.
Heavy traffic volumes are expected as travellers head to various destinations for the Easter long weekend.

N3 Toll Concession's chief operating officer, Thania Dhoogra, gave an update on the country's busiest highway.
"The N3 is very busy and from 4am we’ve been seeing statistics growing," she said.
"We’re expecting this will continue until 11am this [Friday] morning."
