DURBAN - The Ndimande brothers, linked to the murder of rapper AKA and celebrity chef Tibz, are back in the Durban magistrate's court.
Siyabonga and Malusi Ndimande were extradited from Eswatini in November after a lengthy legal battle.
That's after they abandoned their application to challenge their extradition.
The duo appeared in court after landing on home soil.
Their lawyer told the court that more information still needs to be gathered as a result of their extradition.
They joined the other five murder accused who are expected to stand trial this year.
AKA and Tibz were gunned down outside the now-defunct Wish restaurant in Durban in February 2023.
