The inquiry is investigating suspended Gauteng Director of Public Prosecutions, Andrew Chauke's, fitness to hold office.
Chauke is not going down without a fight as his legal team has dismissed the allegations against him.
His legal team alleges he is being targeted.
Chauke faces complaints related to two high-profile cases involving Richard Mdluli and Johan Booysen.
