DURBAN - One person has been killed in an early morning shack fire at the Simplace Informal Settlement, in Effingham, North Durban.
About 20 shacks have been destroyed.
Ayanda Ziqethu's uncle said they're going to require assistance in transporting his body.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
