JOHANNESBURG - The Khampepe Commission of Inquiry has been adjourned.
The commission outlined key deadlines that the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) and the Justice Department, expected to meet by Wednesday.

The delays did not sit well with family members of the victims who had been waiting for proceedings to kick off.
