ORKNEY - An Orkney, North-West family has been living a four-month nightmare.
Family patriarch Elvis Vers disappeared without a trace in May.
The 53-year-old went to work at the CAPM Tau Lekoa gold mine, but did not resurface with his colleagues.
It soon became clear that something was amiss.
As inquiries were made, it was revealed that the blaster was last seen underground by one of his colleagues.
Theories about what could have happened to Vers include that he could have been kidnapped by illegal miners.
