BELFAST - The Dullstroom community is fuming after an 8-year-old girl was raped at a singing competition in Belfast.
Adding to the distress is that her teacher allegedly ignored her attempt to report the incident.
Police have taken a boy in for questioning.
The community is demanding justice for the victim, whose name has been changed to protect her identity.
