CAPE TOWN - A couple has been arrested in Bloubergstrand, in the Western Cape.
They allegedly sexually abused their daughters, aged three and eight.
The suspects face charges including rape, grooming, and producing child abuse material.
They were arrested in a joint operation between police, Social Development, the FBI and Homeland Security.
The children have been relocated to a place of safety.
