Passport rules may ease for Basotho travellers to SA

MASERU - At the moment, Lesotho nationals must still present valid passports at the border to enter South Africa legally.

But there is a study underway that will possibly implement ID access for Basotho Nationals.

Authorities are also looking at an online application platform for travellers to extend their stay once the process has been concluded.
