CAPE TOWN - Forensic investigator, Paul O’Sullivan, has raised security concerns over appearing before Parliament’s Ad Hoc Committee in person.

O'Sullivan is in London and expected back in the country in March.

He is one of the witnesses set to appear before the Committee's work wraps up on the 20th of February.

KZN Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi has called for an investigation into O'Sullivan over his alleged influence in IPID's work.

O'Sullivan says Mkhwanazi's testimony has put his life at risk.

Ad Hoc Committee evidence leader, Advocate Norman Arendse, addressed MPs during a meeting last week.
