PRETORIA - Disbarred attorney and former reality TV personality Peet Viljoen is back in the Pretoria Specialised Commercial Crimes Court, where his bail application continues.
Viljoen is facing more than 400 charges, including fraud, corruption, theft, forgery and uttering.
The charges stem from the alleged fraudulent sale of 46 city of Johannesburg-owned properties, valued at R27-million, in 2010.
The State is opposing bail, while Viljoen denies any wrongdoing and insists the case against him is weak.
He is expected to file a replying affidavit in response before the court considers his bail application.
