JOHANNESBURG - The death toll from Thursday’s accident has risen to four.
A taxi crashed into a crèche in Imbali, just outside Pietermaritzburg.
Eleven children were injured, three of them critically.
An eyewitness said she and other community members tried to rescue the pupils from the vehicle.
