BEKKERSDAL - Alcohol is being confiscated at the Bekkersdal tavern where ten people were killed.
Major General Fred Kakana said the liquor licence presented to authorities has been declared fraudulent.
The shebeen owner was arrested, and all seized alcohol will be taken into police custody.
