JOHANNESBURG - South Africans head to the polls for the local government elections in less than three weeks.
And political parties are in the final stretch to woo voters.
ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa is on the campaign trail in the Western Cape.
The party is trying to make inroads in Cape Town, where it has struggled to win voters for years.
Meanwhile, in Johannesburg, the DA is holding its mass rally in Soweto.
Mayoral candidate Helen Zille will address supporters on Saturday morning.
Also in Johannesburg, Al Jama-ah is launching its manifesto in Orlando.
The party will outline its plans and priorities ahead of the 4 November polls.
