JOHANNESBURG - Public hospital fees are going up on 1 April.
Fees for most services will be hiked by over 4 percent.
Emergency services, such as ambulances and paramedics, will see an increase of 30 percent.
Health Department spokesperson Foster Mohale said almost 86 percent of the total population in the country depend on public healthcare.
