JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa will deliver the eulogy at Ambassador Nathi Mthethwa's funeral on Sunday.
His body arrived in South Africa on Friday morning aboard an Air France flight from Paris at OR Tambo International Airport and made its way to Durban's King Shaka Airport.
It was then transported to his hometown of KwaMthethwa in KwaMbonambi ahead of his burial on Sunday.

Ramaphosa has granted Mthethwa a Special Official Funeral Category 2.
Mthethwa served as South Africa’s Head of Mission in Paris, France, before passing away in the French capital on 30 September 2025, at the age of 58.
