Ramaphosa will respect ConCourt decision on Phala Phala

JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa says he will respect the Constitutional Court’s decision in the Phala Phala matter.

He says he fully supports the independence of the judiciary.

“With regard to the Constitutional Court. It’s the constitutional court’s decision that will be announced and I have no view on that. Whatever the courts decide is what the court decides. Respect of our judiciary is sacrosanct and must be regarded as such," the President said.
