JOHANNESBURG - Electricity and Energy Minister, Dr Kgosientsho Ramokgopa, will give an update on interventions to address the ongoing load reduction.
Although rolling blackouts remain suspended, several areas continue to experience persistent load reduction.
Eskom implements this measure in areas with overloaded networks, especially during peak demand periods.
The power utility says this is to protect critical infrastructure in areas affected by high energy losses or illegal connections.
