JOHANNESBURG - While rolling blackouts are expected to end on Monday, load reduction remains in place.
Eskom says it can't resolve this issue alone and needs help from consumers.

It says communities and municipalities must help to stop illegal connections.
"To address the issue of load reduction, it's a societal discussion that we need to have," said Eskom board chairperson Mteto Nyati.
"We can't have people connecting illegally, we can't have people not paying for things."
