JOHANNESBURG - A report on the scholar transport crash that killed 12 children is expected by the end of the week.
Deputy Transport Minister Mkhuleko Hlengwa says RTMC investigators are probing the incident.
The crash came after the department promised increased patrols and inspections of scholar transport vehicles.

Meanwhile, the Gauteng Education Department confirmed that one of the deceased in the Vaal scholar transport crash is yet to be identified.
It has also revised the death toll to 12.
Seven pupils were taken to hospital, with one already discharged.
