PRETORIA - Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola and his deputy, Shadrack Sibiya, are continuing their court battle.
It will be heard before a full bench of the High Court in Pretoria.
Judges Nomonde Mngqibisa-Thusi, Graham Moshoana and Dennis Davis will preside.

Sibiya has now added a supplementary affidavit to his case to strengthen his arguments.
It relates to the return of 121 dockets to the Political Killings Task Team.
He accuses Masemola of obstructing the Madlanga Commission's work.
