DURBAN - Investigations into the cause of two KwaZulu-Natal accidents are underway.
On Monday morning, eight members of one family died after a taxi overturned and rolled down an embankment in Mandaba in Nkandla.
The victims were travelling to a wedding.

Premier Thami Ntuli visited the scene and expressed his condolences to friends and relatives of the victims.
The crash follows another that claimed five lives in Mondlo in Vryheid.
This was a head-on collision between a car and a police vehicle on Sunday night.
Ntuli says these incidents are happening when government has noted a decrease in fatalities reported between the first and 27th of December 2024 compared to the same period last year.
