JOHANNESBURG - Stuart Scharnick will appear before the Randburg Magistrate's Court on Monday.
Scharnick was arrested on Friday on the sidelines of Fadiel Adams' testimony at the Madlanga Commission, following a confrontation with a Sowetan journalist.

The dispute centred around the journalist photographing Scharnick at the Inquiry.
