DURBAN - A Grade 10 pupil from Trenance Park Secondary in Durban, who survived a stabbing attack, says he fears going back to school.

The scholar says he was hanging out with two other pupils outside the school property when the attack happened, after all three had been sent home from school.

The victim managed to return to the school’s premises, with the knife still lodged in his neck, to seek assistance.

One of the two suspects was arrested on a charge of attempted murder this week.

He has since been released into his parents’ custody and will return to court on 25 September.
