EAST LONDON - Nobuhle Nkabane says she's shocked and dismayed about the serious allegations levelled against her.
The Higher Education and Training Minister is implicated in a Sector, Education and Training Authority (SETA) scandal.
She’s allegedly been part of a scheme deploying senior ANC members to high-paying SETA board jobs.

She’s also accused of lying to Parliament.
Nkabane denies the allegations and says she will continue serving students, as that is her calling.
