DURBAN - Tensions are set to flare as the sheriff moves to evict occupiers from a hijacked building in Durban.
The owner claims previous eviction talks sparked threats from residents, raising fears of violence as the operation unfolds.
Pat Naidoo said the building was hijacked in 2023.
"I had a long battle to evict, now we have a court order," he said.
"But it's come at a cost."
