JOHANNESBURG - Six South Africans remain unaccounted for following devastating flash floods in Nepal, with authorities still unable to confirm their whereabouts.
The Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) says it currently has no information on the missing South Africans.
The department is assisting efforts to identify people who may have been affected by the disaster. As part of the process, the South African Police Service (SAPS) has collected DNA samples from relatives of those who remain unaccounted for.
