CAPE TOWN - The National Council of Provinces will be watching President Cyril Ramaphosa's speech very closely on Thursday night.
It says it will hold government accountable for all promises made in this year’s SONA.
Deputy Chairperson Les Govender says services must be delivered to the people.
“Previously it was one party that was there. But now you have different parties having a say in what happens," he said.
"Members of each political party in the GNU are servicing different portfolios. We have a different mindset."
