JOHANNESBURG - The TRC Cases Inquiry is set to hear testimony from State Security Agency DDG, Loyiso Jafta.
Jafta served as Chief Director of Policy Coordination and Advisory Services during Thabo Mbeki's presidency.
The inquiry is examining allegations of political interference that blocked prosecutions of apartheid-era crimes.
The hearings come as Mbeki and Jacob Zuma continue their relentless efforts to have Justice Sisi Khampepe removed as chair of the Inquiry
