JOHANNESBURG - Police have still not identified or arrested anyone in connection with the rape of seven-year-old Cwecwe.

The National Prosecuting Authority says it won't be commenting on the matter and has sent the docket back to the police.
In April, nationwide protests took place demanding justice. The South African Human Rights Commission says it will now be writing to the acting police minister, Professor Firoz Cachalia.
