GQEBERHA - The family of a snatched premature baby in the Eastern Cape is threatening legal action.
Two babies were taken from the Dora Nginza Hospital on Wednesday.
Police found them just hours later.
But, now one of the families says the week-old baby suffered a broken arm.
Eastern Cape Health MEC Ntandokazi Capa has condemned the abduction.
