DURBAN - Over 80 homes in KwaZulu-Natal have been impacted by the current weather conditions.
High winds blew off roofs and have also damaged schools and electricity infrastructure.
While there have been no reported fatalities in the province, several people, including four children in the Ugu district, have been injured.
The KZN Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs department says it continues to provide the necessary support to families displaced by the extreme weather event.
