DURBAN - A man arrested in connection with the killing of nine people in Sydenham in October 2021 is expected to appear in the Durban Magistrate’s Court.
The suspect was arrested in Melmoth earlier this week. He is one of two men police believe were responsible for a series of shootings that left nine people dead.

According to police, six victims were killed at the Palmiet Road Informal Settlement, while three others were killed in two separate incidents.
The second suspect was shot and killed by police following a high-speed chase in Empangeni.
