JOHANNESBURG - Schools have reopened, but five provinces still don’t know how many educator posts they’ll receive for next year.
The Federation of Associations of Governing Bodies says teacher vacancies remain a concern.
FEDSAS has described the situation as confusing because National Treasury allocates budgets, but posts remain unfilled.
Fedsas deputy CEO, Dr Juane van der Merwe-Mocke, said most of those posts are senior positions.
