PRETORIA - It was a day of high drama at the Madlanga Inquiry on Tuesday.
First, the commission introduced a secret witness, only known as Witness X.
The testimony was so sensitive that it had to be delivered from an unknown location and through an intermediary.
But, just minutes into the evidence, a technical problem put his safety at risk.
The commission is now looking at how to safeguard future witnesses.
