BLOEMFONTEIN - Convicted murderer and rapist Thabo Bester and his co-accused return to the High Court in Bloemfontein.
The court will deal with pre-trial hearings for his 2023 prison escape from the Mangaung Correctional facility.
In September, the state had written to the Constitutional Court to advise that the start of Bester's trial depends on the finalisation of Nandipha Magudumana's application to the Apex court.
Magudumana was central to Bester's escape.
