JOHANNESBURG - Murderer and rapist Thabo Bester is trying once again to have his transfer to Kokstad declared unconstitutional.
Bester argues the move was a sham that prejudiced his right to a fair trial.
He says the transfer to eBongweni Supermax made it impossible to consult with his Gauteng-based lawyers.
They are located over 750 kilometres away.
Correctional Services, on the other hand, maintains that the move was lawful.
