JOHANNESBURG - Basic Education Minister Siviwe Gwarube honoured the country’s top 40 matric achievers at a Ministerial breakfast on Monday.
The day gave off a moment of both celebration for the pupils and appreciation to teachers and families in their support.
Gwarube wished the learners well, urging them to carry the same effort that got them where they are.
