TSHWANE - Tshwane residents are up in arms over the ongoing inclusion of cleaning levies on their municipal bills.
This is despite two court rulings ordering the city to remove them.
The High Court in Pretoria declared the almost R200 levy unlawful and irrational.

He said, "Residents are encouraged to email [email protected] in order to be assisted with the lodging of a dispute with the City of Tshwane."
