JOHANNESBURG - Two people are in custody in connection with the murder of former boxing champion Zolani Tete in Mdantsane in the Eastern Cape.
Tete was killed, and a 27-year-old woman travelling with him was wounded when two gunmen opened fire on them outside his home.

SAPS has arrested two suspects, aged 30 and 22, in Kugompo City.
Police are questioning them in connection with the murder and attempted murder, while investigators say more arrests are expected.
Police are urging the public to avoid speculation and to provide credible information as the investigation continues.
