BONTEHEUWEL, CPT - Extra boots have been deployed to Bonteheuwel in Cape Town.
This follows the killing of two known gang members on Thursday night.
According to a local ward councillor Angus McKenzie, the shooting is part of the ongoing rivalry between the Hard Livings gang and the Dixie Boys.
He says the area had been extremely quiet over the past few weeks, but that this incident threatens to once again reignite violence and chaos in the community.
